REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At TOPJEC, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all purchases are considered final unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Eligibility for Returns  
We only accept returns in the following situations:

• The product received is damaged during delivery  
• The product received is defective  
• The wrong product was delivered

To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Return Conditions  
To qualify for a return or replacement:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging  
• The return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery  
• Proof of damage, defect, or incorrect product must be provided  
• The product must be returned if requested by our support team

Refunds  
Once the return request is verified and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund depending on product availability.

Non-Returnable Items  
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened, used, or tampered skincare products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.

Order Cancellation  
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.

Shipping Charges  
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product delivered by us.
